A change of any kind to team resources may significantly affect the ability of the team to accomplish its objectives,
especially if the change concerns a resource that holds a senior or key role within the Service Engagement team.
The Engagement Manager (or Delivery Manager) will analyse the effect of any potential change in team resources on the
Service Delivery Plan and Forecast, as well as team morale and client impression. Any resulting actions will need to be
documented and implemented. Change Control and Issue Management procedures may be required to manage the impact of the
change.
